Home It is our pleasure to welcome you to Big Yellow Gecko. Our team is headed by Peter Blake, who has been keeping and breeding reptiles and amphibians for over 20 years. He has had many articles and pictures published, in different publications, including Reptilian magazine, The Journal of the International Herpetological society and his work has been cited in The Eyelash Geckos Care, Breeding and Natural History (which is considered by many a gecko bible). He was the first in Europe to breed Albino leopard geckos, using the Tremper line. It was a proud moment when Ron Tremper himself put a picture of their first hatchling Albino on the front page of his website. In 2007, after a break of six years, he has returned to pick up where he left off in his pursuit to breed some of the best geckos in the world. The rest of our dedicated team is made up of family and friends. OUR AIM It is our mission to produce top quality animals and to bring out the best in each colour variant/morph possible. We are committed to refine and intensify as many strains as we can. It will take several years to reach many of our goals which are to bring out the rich and dazzling colours even to the lower end morphs.
